- The reservation is considered completed only when the client receives a confirmation of acceptance by Positano Vintage Dream. This confirmation will be sent automatically, immediately after completing the booking procedure on the web site. In case of reservations made via E-mail, WhatsApp, or Instagram, Positano Vintage Dream will confirm the reservation through the same means. If the client does not receive confirmation of acceptance of the chosen service, it is their responsibility to contact Positano Vintage Dream which, subsequently, will send the necessary information again.
- All of our cars are manual driving, therefore the customer will carry out a test-drive with our staff to demonstrate their driving skills, and the rental is subject to our incontestable judgment regarding driving skills.
- There will be no refund for the Not-Refundable service purchased. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer no refund will be issued, except for the cancellation of the service by Positano Vintage Dream.
- Customer have the right to cancel the reservation up to ONE week before the service date if they’ve purchased a Refundable service.
- Customer have the right to cancel the reservation within 7 days before the service date if they’ve purchased a Refundable service and paid the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the 30% of the service price.
- Customer have the right to cancel the reservation 24 hours before the service date if they’ve purchased a Refundable service and paid the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the 100% of the service price.
- In case of no show the 100% of the service price will be charged to the Customer.
- Positano Vintage Dream reserves the right to cancel the rental, even within a few hours before service, in case of adverse weather conditions and/or for reasons due to extenuating circumstances that could compromise the safety of clients. In this case, the clients will be able to move the rental to another date taking into account their availability and the availability of Positano Vintage Dream. If the service is not available or the client should not accept it, Positano Vintage Dream will issue a full refund.
- Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. They are also not accessible to infants and young children due to the absence of safety systems and are not recommended for pregnant women. The omission of this information by the client relieves Positano Vintage Dream from any responsibility in case of accidents with injuries to themselves.
- The client is entirely responsible for their safety and that of the vehicle. Cars are equipped with RCA insurance for rental cars without a driver.
- It is not possible to request full insurance for damage or accidents. The car rental provides for a deductible to be paid by the client of 1,500.00 euros in case of damage that is the fault of the client.
- The vehicle will be delivered and collected at the address indicated by the client during the confirmation phase of the reservation.
- In case of multi-day rentals it is necessary to guarantee a secure parking place for the car.
- The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition, except in case of a different agreement with the staff of Positano Vintage Dream. We remind the client that there is a petrol distributor in the center of Positano at “Mandara Parking”, in viale Pasitea 82.
- All penalties and fines for traffic offenses will be charged to the client.
- The vehicles can only be used for driving along the Amalfi Coast (from Positano to Salerno) and along the Sorrento Peninsula (from Sorrento to Castellammare di Stabia).
- The vehicle will be delivered to the client at the scheduled time, agreed upon when booking and returned no later than 9:30 pm (21:30) on the same day.
